1.03. The forwarding of a document, as prescribed in sections 2.04, 4.03, 4.05, 5.01, 6.03 and 6.11 shall be made by registered mail or certified delivery, by hand to hand delivery to the party concerned or by bailiff, in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
